Description The City of Fairfield is looking for a Senior Lifeguard! The successful candidate will maintain constant watch over the City of Fairfield public swimming pool facility to enforce regulations and prevent accidents, assist swimmers in distress, and provide emergency and routine first aid. The incumbent will take the leadership role in customer service and emergency situations; oversee and motivate the Lifeguards on duty and must be ready to contribute to the department's mission to DELIVER AWESOME in the amazing work we do in Parks & Recreation as leaders of play and builders of community!
