THE POSITION The primary role of the Construction Inspector is to observe the workmanship and materials used on a variety of public and private infrastructure projects to ensure conformance with applicable laws, ordinances, standards, plans, specifications, and departmental regulations. IDEAL CANDIDATE STATEMENT The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience inspecting public infrastructure projects and be familiar with underground utility construction practices and materials.
