We are hiring Fence Installers / Laborers to join our team. No prior experience is required, we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a hands-on role working outdoors installing fences, gates, and other structures.
If you are dependable, willing to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, this is a great opportunity to get into the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with installation of vinyl or aluminum fences, gates, and outdoor structures
Measure, mark, and layout fence lines
Dig post holes and set posts in concrete
Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
Use hand and power tools safely (training provided)
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
