At NorthBay Health, the Sr. Systems Analyst, Oracle HCM, reporting to the Director, Corporate IT Applications, provides technical and strategic expertise in the implementation, configuration, upgrades, optimization, and ongoing support of the Oracle HCM Cloud suite and related administrative systems.
