Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Provides timely responses to project scoping requests from government agencies and cultural/environmental firms regarding proposed federal, state, and local-level infrastructure development within Serrano ancestral territory.  Reviews and analyses project plans, environmental assessments, archeological data, geotechnical reports, ethnographic information, and historical data. Drafts and provides culturally appropriate project-specific mitigation measures, conditions of approval, and other relevant permit language. 2. Assists in the facilitation of tribal monitoring efforts, including regular tracking of active development projects and monitoring assignments.
