You will be the Aeronautical Engineer Mgr for the Stress Analysis Team which is responsible for providing static strength substantiation for aircraft structures. What You Will Be Doing As the Aeronautical Engineer Mgr you will be responsible for leading a team that validates the structural integrity of aircraft using metals, non‑metallic and composite materials across new designs, modifications and sustainment. Your responsibilities will include: Directing static strength analysis of primary, secondary structures and systems. Overseeing the use of CATIA, IDEAS, ProEngineer and related software tools. Coordinating recruitment, selection, training and performance assessments for team members. Managing work assignments, salary decisions and recognition or disciplinary actions.
