The USC Roski Eye Institute, Department of Ophthalmology is seeking a Research Lab Technician I to join its team. Working directly under the supervision of Dr. Benjamin Xu, the Research Lab Technician I provides day-to-day operational support for data management activities across all sites of a large, multicenter randomized controlled trial in ophthalmology. The Research Lab Technician I performs accurate and timely entry of clinical, imaging, and patient-reported outcome data into a cloud-based data platform and conducts initial completeness checks to identify and flag missing or inconsistent entries for follow-up. The Research Lab Technician I also performs basic data analysis and statistical testing to ensure the quality and consistency of the data.
