ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Collaborates with leadership to develop and define logistics and fleet strategies and creates functional strategies and specific objectives to improve operational performance. 2. Conducts a thorough analysis of the existing fleet operations (cars, shuttles, trucks and specialized vehicles, including the operations of internal maintenance shop) and ensures all programs, drivers, inspections, and vehicles are in compliance with both internal controls and governmental regulations. 3. Develops polices/procedures to support functional infrastructure that focuses or enhances on the department’s goals of day-to-day delivery of logistics and fleet operations. 4. Analyze and identify opportunities to continually improve logistics and fleet solutions, focusing on operational efficiencies, technology, and customer focused solutions.
