ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manages the delivery and warehousing of Food & Beverage products from vendors and the Service Center for multiple venues, including the handling and transportation of single items that are rare and highly valued at $200,000 or more. Deliveries may also include internal and external customers. 2. Orders all beverage related items directly from vendors for the entirety of Yaamava’ Resort and Casino. Ensures all beverage items received are rotated, stored, and issued in accordance with the operational standards of first in, first out (FIFO). Ensures the proper change of all kegs, CO2, nitrogen tanks, as well as liquor bottles, for all venues. 3. Monitors inventory daily to ensure adequate supplies are consistently on hand to meet projected needs based on established average levels.
