Golf Performance Coach

Sim Club LA is an exciting new golf simulation and social destination coming to Calabasas in 2027. Our 6,000-square-foot facility will feature 8–9 state-of-the-art golf simulator bays, a full bar, a casual café, and a private event room for parties, lessons, and corporate gatherings. We’re creating a relaxed yet high-end atmosphere where guests can enjoy great food, craft cocktails, and premium golf experiences — whether they’re practicing, playing with friends, or just hanging out. More immediately, we have a smaller studio with Trackman IO and a RoboGolf unit delivering private instruction. In the meantime, we've opened an Academy studio with two Trackman bays and a space for RoboGolf. 

Sim Club is hiring a golf coach for The Academy, our private instruction facility in Calabasas. The Academy is where members and guests come to lower their scores and reach their goals.

You'll join a small team of PGA professionals who coach at a high level and give every student an experience that is second to none.

• A typical week might include:

  • Teaching private lessons on TrackMan iO and RoboGolf, with a video summary and practice plan sent after every lesson
  • Leading Game Evaluations for new students and prospective members, and building each student's improvement plan
  • Coaching Academy members through their monthly instruction hours and helping them practice with purpose
  • Planning and teaching junior golf clinics
  • Helping build a women's golf program
  • Helping plan leagues, tournaments, events and member golf trips through the year
  • Hosting members and their guests at private events
  • Club fitting 
  • Building lasting relationships with your students and growing your own book of clients

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Bachelors
