Job Description
Part-time Guest Service Attendant position at Sierra View Country Club for an individual interested in contributing to a positive experience for members and guests while growing their knowledge of golf club operations.
For this position, you must have a general knowledge of the golf game and be able to pass a basic assessment demonstrating your golf knowledge. You are not required to be an expert golfer to perform well. Guest Service team members that perform well may be offered an opportunity to caddie if a position opens up.
- Stage golf carts.
- Maintain the bag room and cart barn.
- Attend the bag drop.
- Maintain the practice range.
- Cheerfully interact and deliver world class customer service.

Qualifications
- General knowledge of the golf game.
- Ability to pass a basic assessment demonstrating golf knowledge.
- Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.
- Candidates without specific golf experience may be considered if they have previous experience in jobs such as server, waiter, bartender, hospitality, customer service, golf retail, general retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor or recreational roles.
