Assistant Golf Professional

Rolling Hills Country Club is seeking a motivated, personable, and service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our Golf Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a golf professional who is passionate about the game, enjoys working with members and guests, and is looking to grow within a private-club environment.

The Assistant Golf Professional will work closely with the Head Golf Professional and Director of Golf to provide an exceptional golf experience for our members while supporting the day-to-day operation of the Golf Shop, practice facilities, tournaments, and instructional programs.

The successful candidate will be comfortable wearing many hats, working collaboratively across departments, and taking initiative to improve both the member experience and the workplace culture.

A genuine passion for golf, hospitality, and member engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preferred

EXPERIENCE:

• Two years of private club experience preferred.
• PGA Member or Associate desirable; PGA Class A preferred.
• Experience running tournaments and golf events preferred.
• Experience teaching both one-on-one and group lessons.
• Strong knowledge of golf operations, rules, tournament administration, and member services.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with golf shop, tee time, tournament, and POS technology.
• Passion for the game of golf and member engagement.
