The Outside Services Team is responsible for delivering an exceptional member and guest golf experience from arrival through departure. This role serves as a primary point of contact for members and guests, ensuring all aspects of outside golf services are executed with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Outside Services Team Members support daily golf operations by greeting members and guests, preparing carts and practice facilities for play, handling golf bags, monitoring range needs, and responding to special member requests. This position plays a vital role in upholding Indian Ridge’s reputation for hospitality and personalized service within a premier private club environment.
