Historic. Beautiful. Steeped in golf tradition. Bermuda Dunes Country Club is a 27-hole, high-end private facility in Bermuda Dunes, California. Its three Billy Bell Jr.-designed nines feature fast, smooth, sloping greens and sweeping views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The club's rich history includes hosting the Bob Hope Classic and welcoming many of the game's greatest players. Today, our team is committed to delivering a warm, personal, and consistently exceptional club experience.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a dependable and service-minded Outside Services Attendant to help create an outstanding experience from the moment members and guests arrive until the moment they depart. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in presentation and organization, and brings positive energy to a team environment. Position is running from November- May 1st.
What You'll Do
Greet members and guests warmly and assist with golf bags at arrival and departure.
Clean, inspect, stock, charge, and stage golf carts for daily play and special events.
Set and maintain the practice range, including range-ball setup, collection, cleaning, and replenishment.
Transport, store, retrieve, and clean golf bags accurately and carefully.
Keep the bag drop, cart staging, cart barn, club storage, and practice facilities clean and presentation-ready.
Communicate special requests, arrivals, cart needs, and service issues to the Golf Operations team.
Assist with tournament and event setup, cart assignments, bag staging, and breakdown.
Follow all club service, safety, grooming, and operating standards.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience preferred
- High School Graduate
- Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, customer service, valet service, or a private-club environment is preferred
- training will be provided for the right candidate
- Friendly, professional communication skills and a genuine service mindset
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Basic knowledge of golf terminology and etiquette is helpful but not required
- Ability to safely operate golf carts and range equipment
- a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, holidays, and schedule changes based on club activity and business needs
