What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth client assessments, exploring history, goals, and swing mechanics

• Develop customized development programs rooted in UGP’s coaching philosophy

• Lead 1-on-1 coaching sessions that are purposeful, technical, and inspiring

• Collaborate with Fitness and Recovery teams to support holistic client progress

• Deliver five-star customer service by anticipating and exceeding client expectations

• Give high-quality tours and confidently convert leads into committed clients

• Complete administrative tasks including session notes, client communication, and schedule management

• Maintain a professional, polished appearance that reflects the UGP brand

• Report to the Head Coach weekly with performance metrics and client progress

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts

• Day and evening availability

• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 4+ years of personal golf experience (Required) (5HCP or better)
• 1+ years of coaching/instruction experience (Preferred)
• Golf Instructor Certification or PGA experience not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and client-focused personality
• Highly organized and reliable under pressure
• Passionate about coaching, learning, and helping others grow
• Tech-friendly and comfortable managing your schedule in MINDBODY
