Job Description
As a key member of the operations team, the Players Assistant is responsible for monitoring the pace of play on the course. In addition, the Players Assistant needs to provide guests high-quality customer service in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Maintains a reasonable pace of play on the golf courses.
- Communicates with and assists the Pro Shop in keeping an accurate pace of play.
- Communicates with the Starter and Pro Shop about any pace of play concerns.
- Monitors course cleanliness.
- Assists Outside Staff Attendants as needed.
- Advises guests of course conditions, expected pace of play, local rules, and other golf-related issues.
- Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public.
- Must have a strong customer and guest orientation.
- Must be dependable.
- Knowledge of the game of golf highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
