Our customers hire Warriors’ to place our candidates directly to thier payroll.  You are a full-time employee of our customer from day 1, not ours.  We are our customers Recruiting Department.   We manage their recruiting, and work with their Human Resources team to onboard new hires.   Our customers pay us to Recruit, we will find you a job for FREE.   We are a Recruiting Engine.
