Complete Coach Works is a California-based corporation established in 1987, and its headquarters are located on a 15-acre, state-of-the-art facility in Riverside, California. With over 300 full-time technicians and administrative staff, we specialize in transportation vehicles’ remanufacturing, modification, retrofitting, inspection services, accident and burn repair, paint and body, and decal services for the transit industry. Our company’s primary focus on transportation vehicles has helped us accumulate vast experience in numerous transportation vehicle aspects, making us uniquely qualified to perform detailed rehabilitation and refurbishment projects.
At Complete Coach Works, our expertise has grown to include the repower of almost every type of vehicle using every type of power. We have performed repowers using the Detroit Diesel S50 engine, the Detroit Diesel S40 engine, Cummins C8.3, ISC and ISL engines, and Cummins L 10G and ISL G natural gas engines. Additionally, we have pioneered installations of Natural Gas and LP Engines in various chassis, including buses, trucks, shuttle vehicles, trash trucks, snow blowers, and aerial boom trucks. We have also installed Gasoline Hybrid systems in buses, developed multiplexing systems for retrofit purposes, and remain the only company in North America factory authorized by I/O Controls to field retrofit their multiplexing systems.

In 2021, Complete Coach Works, along with Shuttle Bus Leasing, Transit Sales International and D/T Carson Enterprises, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Carson Capital Corp transitioned to an Employee Stock Ownership Corporation (ESOP).

SBL, a transit supplier for the 2002 and 2010 Winter Olympics, offers short to long-term leases of high-quality transit shuttle buses for a variety of applications.
