Our mission is to provide employment and training opportunities to people with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

We are 100 percent local and 100 percent not-for-profit. All of our programs and services are provided at no cost to all San Diego County residents.
In 2022:
- 868 people obtained work through Goodwill San Diego.
- 1,593 people were employed by Goodwill San Diego.
- 152 Goodwill San Diego Ambassadors earned a promotion.
- More than 5,330 people were served!
