This is a temp-to-hire position for a Technology Trainer to deliver classroom-based instruction. Professionals will have the opportunity to become a permanent employee with Tx3 Consulting and receive employee benefits.
Trainer will deliver onsite standardized ITIL Foundations training to corporate clients. There may be occasional remote training assignments. Training workshops are typically 2 to 3 days long. Class times are 9:00 to 4:00 with a one-hour lunch break. Instructors are expected to arrive by 8:00 and be prepared to stay up to an hour later, if necessary, to answer customer questions or assist them with any challenges. Classes are delivered during the business work week. We do not offer classes on evenings or weekends.
Students are typically currently employed adult business professionals whose employer is paying for their professional skills development.
Courseware is standardized and provided to instructors and students.
ITIL Foundations certified
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or other related areas, or 8 years of work experience in a corporate environment where ITIL has been adopted
2 years’ experience delivering instructor-led technology training
Must be willing to travel to various SoCal locations to facilitate training on a routine basis
Ability to deliver engaging Virtual training sessions
Excellent presentation skills
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint

Job Description Video Conferencing Specialist: $20/hr
We are seeking to hire a Video Conferencing Specialist to join our team! You will work off-hours during the equipment installations, alongside the Vendor, who installs the equipment, thereafter; the day shift. After installation, you may be required to train users, create user check sheets for each conference room and test and trouble shoot the system in person or remotely. An information technology professional engaged in various businesses to build and troubleshoot video conferencing system. Experience in setup and manage video conferencing system, Google Calendar Resources, and user account management desired. Ability to research and provide the client with options to new or existing products. Experience utilizing and accessing conference rooms with integrations to phones, computers and tablets desired. These individuals focus on setup, repair, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software products that are incorporated into business operations.

Working within the Bureau, these professionals must be great communicators and be able to translate their technical knowledge into actionable direction. When they don't have an answer, they know how to research the problem and come up with a solution. • Provide prompt responses to questions from employees.
