Performs a variety of QC inspection and quality systems audits and processes, and/or final product inspections (includes intermediate math calculations and data entry of results, interpretation of data and reporting) to determine the quality and grade of products and informs appropriate personnel of non-conformities. Performs sanitation related duties by mechanically dismantling and re-assembling components of food processing equipment, in addition to the floors, walls and related facilities. Mix and use chemicals related to cleaning and sanitizing equipment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.   Required Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum two years experience performing grade analysis, sampling, or lab/inspection, as well as leading customer audits. Qualified applicants must also have knowledge working with tools and have a good mechanical aptitude. Must be able to work as a member of the team, have good verbal and written skills, and be available to work all shifts.
