Job Summary: The Operations Team Leader will be responsible for leading their teams to deliver safety, quality, service and performance objectives while developing people. This includes both establishing processes that deliver sustainable results in these areas and leading team members to deliver the desired results. Organizes team and processes to meet prescribed daily targets and production schedules.  Coordinates proper staffing and training, leading team members, and establishing a culture of continuous improvement to maintain industry leadership.  Trains team to anticipates problems before they arise and leads root cause analysis when needed.
