The Production Inventory Coordinator supports Manufacturing by monitoring, and accurately adjusting the inventory levels of all items within all of the PSA/PRD staging areas.   Job Description: Responsibilities:  Responsible for ensuring the accurate counts of packaging supplies. Performs PSA/PRD cycle counts on a regular and rolling basis, for all manufacturing areas, while also adjusting for SAP system generated errors. Guarantees accurate and timely returns of unused raw and packaging material are performed. Oversees the reject/returns process. Partners with Production Inventory Specialists to resolve issues related to: lost/missing, mishandled, and mislabeled products. Partners with other department’s initiatives to reduce the amount of errors, which result in lost or written-off product. Requirements include ability to load / unload trucks and/or freight elevators. Required to have knowledge of SAP system and perform inventory transactions to ensure inventory accuracy. Expected to safely perform job duties with a high degree of speed and accuracy. Performs sanitation and housekeeping functions. Must understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and safety practices. Required to cross train other employees as needed Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by Supervisor. Required Minimum Qualifications: Licensing required for material movement vehicles.  OSHA Forklift Operator certificate preferred. SAP knowledge is a must. Distribution of various reports. Responsible for correcting data entry errors, identify and resolve issues.   Responsible for Cycle Count of both product and packaging on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using various methods in order to maintain high level of inventory accuracy. Monitor the PPO load movement and status changes. Filing of all appropriate paperwork as needed.
