Position Description As a Field Marketer you will be working as a part of our most important team in the company.  Your role is to make first contact with homeowners, our potential clients, and to set solid appointments; meaning you have set proper expectations through product knowledge and following our appointment setting process, so our closers are able to come meet with the homeowner(s) to sell our products.  You will also be responsible for gathering relevant information from prospective clients to provide to our sales team. Every day starts with a team meeting that involves discussing territories and strategies, but also includes games and contests to win money and other prizes based on achieving goals set as a team.  Then we hit the field and talk to as many homeowners as possible.  Every day you have the chance to write your own paycheck by showing up with a winning attitude ready to set appointments.  Every time you set an appointment you immediately update the team so we can make sure we have a salesperson ready to go in and close the deal, whether the appointment it is later that day, or a few days away. During this time you learn and develop your skills to become leaders of future field marketers.  There is no seniority, and the sooner you are ready to be a team leader, the sooner we will make you one.  Salary Earn between $1000-$2500+ per week [we’ve had multiple people in the last few weeks do better than $2,000 in a week), and more for top performers!   For the weeks that are slower we are one of the only companies that offers a weekly minimum of $650 (that’s 16.50/hr!) Average team members earn $75,000 annually! No experience necessary. In fact, we have new staff without prior experience earning over $1,200 weekly. The work is simple! You just need to be trainable. Preferred Qualifications Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in one-on-one situations with customers. Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting. Ability to speak with confidence and poise.
