The Content team at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is in charge of telling the Sierra Nevada story to the world. The Content team is in need of a highly creative Social Media Intern. Responsibilities include monitoring all incoming social media messages and comments and responding to customers in the Sierra Nevada voice. The Social Media Intern will work closely with the Content Manager, Copywriter, and Social Media Manager to ensure all communication reflects the Sierra Nevada ethos. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Monitor and respond to all incoming social media messages in the Sierra Nevada voice. Alert Content Manager when issues arise on social media and work together to draft appropriate responses that reflect the Sierra Nevada ethos. (Discretion, respect, and empathy will be absolutely essential.) Assist Social Media Manager with social performance tracking and reporting performance of social media organic content and advertising campaigns Assist Social Media Manager with social media advertising campaigns when appropriate. Assist with competitive benchmarking and reporting Brainstorm creative campaigns and social support with the team. Assist team with photo/video shoots by scheduling, researching, sourcing materials, and other various tasks. (Appearing in social media photo/videos not required but always welcome!)
