The Account Coordinator, coordinates commercial projects (O&I Moves, Installation and Tech Jobs) interacting with end users and account manager. Enters, tracks and updates work-orders in excel. Confirms, assigns, schedules work orders for next day schedule. Generates reports as required. Has knowledge of commonly-used office furniture installation and moving concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
What You'll Be Doing:
Reviews all returned paperwork from the field daily for accuracy and completeness including all bills of lading, timesheets, VIR's, safety huddles, change orders, communicates errors to management and returns to Corovan
Enter timesheet information into spreadsheet
Receives new work requests from planning team and onsite account manager via phone, fax, email, verifies details and obtains missing information if necessary
Close work tickets after verifying complete satisfaction from end user
Pull weekly new hire, exit, move lists and move surveys. Provide name tags, move instructions, follow -up emails on issues and problems and create a ticket or each task weekly.
Keep online reports systems up to date for weekly meetings including move lists, open/closed tickets, survey results, meetings and event schedule/tracking etc.
Daily report tracking of tickets on spreadsheet
Keep track of tickets on a daily and quarterly basis
Enter crew information including time spent on tickets, total time and crew count
What We Are Looking For:
High School diploma, general education degree (GED, or equivalent) or one (1) to three (3) years related industry experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Should be able to type at least 50 words per minute without error
Capability of effective planning and priority setting.
Excellent data entry skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, ability to use standard office equipment, good communication skills, and attention to detail
Ability to speak and communicate well with coworkers, superiors and customers in English verbally and in writing
Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish is helpful, but not required
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to interpret and write advanced level algebraic formulas in Excel
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

The Controller is responsible for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of monthly financial reports, maintenance of all accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
He/she is also responsible for monitoring the company’s financial performance and developing and managing financial controls in accordance with best accounting practices. He/ she needs to be an active partner with the management team to provide financial consultancy and advice to the company. He/she is responsible for insuring all the financial activities and movements are in accordance with company’s policies, best accounting practices, and state/ federal regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
To review operating processes and procedures at all company locations to recommend value added improvements.
To lead in the design and implementation of companywide financial and operating systems.
Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures.
Communicate financial metrics and results to management team.
Work with management to improve the information systems.
Maintains financial staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
Responsible to ensure all employee reviews for the department are done at a minimum annually.
Ensure the month end closely cycle is completed on time and accurately.
Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner.
Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable.
Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly.
Ensure payroll is processed in a timely manner.
Ensure that monthly bank reconciliations are completed.
Ensure that required debt payments are made on a timely basis.
Maintain the chart of accounts, deactivate any accounts that are no longer used.
Ensure that all documents are maintained in an orderly accounting filing system.
Prepare all confidential and complex journal entries.
Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.
Review all monthly financial reports before they are issued.
Issue timely and complete financial statements and ensure various financial and management reports are sent out to management team and owners on time and accurately.
Monthly financial statements should be made available to managers for their review at the latest on the 9th business day. Compile the managers’ signature on their financial review.
To prepare a monthly consolidated cash flow analysis and forecast reporting.
To supervise the preparation of personal and real property tax returns for all entities and accumulate necessary support documentation.
To ensure the monthly reporting of sales and use tax.
To prepare workers compensation reporting and analysis for monthly compliance.
Recommend, calculate and issue financial and operating metrics to measure the performance of company operations.
Manage the process of preparing the annual budget and forecasts.
Assist the management team in preparing annual business plan.
Review difference from the plan with the actual results and report any issues to the management team.
Provide financial analyses as needed for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
Work with the management team to provide financial guidance as needed and ensure that the company is in compliance with company policy and financial regulations.
Lead and manage the annual review performed by the outside CPA firm, the 401(k) audit, Workers Comp audit, and audits by government agencies.
Ensure that all contributions to the 401(k) plan including the match are made promptly, the audit is completed, fiduciary requirements are observed, and regulatory reports are submitted as required.
Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants.
Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
What we are looking for:
Master or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration, or equivalent business experience
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or finance for major companies or division of a large corporation.
Advanced degree and CPA or CMA certifications preferred
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The successful candidate must have excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel knowledge and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and internal controls.
Exceptional problem solving & analytical abilities, ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and good organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent people leadership and project management skills.
Ability to partner closely with the senior management team.
Experience with change management or process improvement is a plus.
TRAVEL: 40% travel to various worksites is required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required for this position.

What You Will Be Doing:
Supervises large move and install crews to complete projects for commercial customers.
Teach and train crews to insure quality work is performed.
Push furniture, equipment and cartons on wheels to and from trucks, offices, and warehouses as requested by the customer.
May assist in loading and offloading trucks and setting & offsetting goods on equipment.
Assists the move process by communicating with the end users/customer and other crew members.
Obtains daily work assignments from dispatch and stays in work assignment until relieved.
Performs work with quality, efficiency and safety at all times.
Is able to perform minor repairs and cleaning of furniture systems.
Handles and stages product, performs detail work and trash-out functions on install projects.
Familiar with and able to train others using various moving equipment and its proper usage such as dollies, carts, pads, straps, pallet jacks, forklifts, ramps, lift gates, and all specialty equipment including but not limited to roll-a-lifts, J bars, etc.
Familiar with basic systems furniture nomenclature and be able to identify upon sight, the major lines of the three major manufactures; Steelcase, Herman Miller and Haworth.
