You Will: Production Continuity and Performance Create production plans, engaging with cross-company stakeholders in order to ensure that the output levels of our sites match our customer demand. Possess a thorough understanding of how to safely and responsibly use all coffee roasting and packaging equipment. Calculate labor needs and hire, schedule, train, manage, and individually develop an incredible team dedicated to production excellence. Map out and assess our existing processes and workflows.
