Community Resource Services is an agency that serves people with developmental disabilities (clients) in Butte, Colusa, Sutter and Yuba counties. A developmental disability is defined as a disability which originates before an individual is age 18, continues, or can be expected to continue indefinitely, and constitutes a substantial handicap. The disability can include mental retardation, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism or other related neurological conditions.
The Respite Service Program provides in-home care for children and adult clients, so that parents or guardians, can be relieved of the responsibility of care.
