Eligibility
Noncommissioned Officers who have separated/retired within the past 5 years with a minimum of 10 years cumulative honorable service in the grades of E-6 through E-9.
Officers who have separated/retired within the past 5 years with a minimum of 10 years cumulative honorable service in the grades of W-1 through W-5 or O-3 through O-6.
ARNG and USAR (Actively Serving)- will fall under the same requirements mentioned above. In addition, a Letter of Recommendation from current Commander is required.
Roles and Responsibilities – Army Regulation 145-2 and Cadet Command Regulation 145-2 contain specific information pertaining to the roles and responsibilities within the JROTC Program.
