POSITION PURPOSE: The Technician repairs and maintains diesel trucks according to dealership and factory specifications, using hand tools and power tools. KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Reporting directly to the Service Manager and the Shop Foreman, the Technician will communicate closely with the Service Manager and Shop Foreman as it relates to the accomplishment of directives, objectives, and the communication of the status of ongoing affairs. The Technician will also work closely with other service personnel, coordinating with them the various aspects of customer service requirements.
