Retail Position
We are seeking a Tier 1 Security Specialist to provide professional, uniformed security services at a retail facility. This role requires a strong customer service mindset while ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
Minimum Requirements
California Guard Card issued by BSIS
Minimum 2 years of security experience
High School Diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Customer service experience: 1 year
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Remain alert, vigilant, and responsive to security incidents
Monitor and patrol retail store premises , enforcing site policies
Observe, report, and document incidents accurately
Maintain electronic logs per company policy
Deter theft and unauthorized activity through visible security presence
