About the Role   Client Services Consultant (CSC) is responsible for the efficient delivery of RS's services to our clients. Located on-site, this position will work closely with vendors, client hiring managers and cross-functional teams, utilizing our award-winning software, WAND, to ensure smooth service delivery.   Day In the Life   A typical day may involve activities such as briefing suppliers, arranging interviews, discussing candidates with hiring managers, conducting pre-employment checks, handling Employee Relations cases, and carrying out induction meetings for new employees. Duties/Responsibilities: • Oversee the staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security officers assigned to his/her shift. • Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met. • Maintain overtime to a preset requirement designated by the company. • Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift. • Perform other operations related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, issue uniform   Damon Oliver
