Essential Functions · Maintain and reconcile Direct Cost Reimbursement data from resources reporting JOCAS, Range Utilization Measurement System (RUMS) and Task Assignment Reporting Systems (TARS) to the Western Range and for timely and accurate submission of funding and expenditure to the Air Force Accounting Office · Prepare and deliver reports and summaries specified in the basic contracts, exhibits A&B of the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) · Provide operational scheduling support, to include resource status reporting, conflict analysis, operations verification, site notification, institutional scheduling, test data receipt and distribution · Monitor data production, timelines and assures final delivery of data productions in a timely and efficient manner Required Skills · Intermediate personal computer skills, to include intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point and Excel · Able to multitask and assume task-related leadership to include decision making · Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and short-notice requirement changes · Able to work as a team member with orientation towards group dynamics to create synergy and quality products · Able to support a dynamic work environment with multiple task assignments and capable of working independently with moderate oversight Required Experience · Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience · Minimum of two years’ experience performing work of analytical nature · Experience in use of Western Range Scheduling tools and associated software preferred · Functional understanding of the WR Range launch requirements, maintenance planning and engineering activities and their interrelationship is preferred Additional Eligibility Qualifications · Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance · Frequently require close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus · Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds · Frequently climb up and down stairs · Flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or weekends to support mission requirements · The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements · Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship or U.S. naturalization · Must possess REAL ID Federal Compliant Identification Driver’s License What We Offer · Everyday Wellness: Access to on-base facilities which may include: fitness centers, pool, bowling alley, recreational facilities, beach access and restaurants. · Financial Opportunities: 401k savings program with company match and vesting on day one, retail and merchant employee discount programs, life insurance, business travel insurance and more. · Work/Life Balance: Tuition reimbursement programs and flexible schedules. · Equal Opportunity: Commitment to diversity and strategic partnerships.
