Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the incumbent will provide a positive HR experience for all team members within University Advancement. The Human Resources Generalist will play an integral role in the processing and procedures related to recruitment, talent management, leave administration, pay, onboarding, offboarding, and other areas of Human Resources. Ideal applicants will be professional, engaging, and dedicated to upholding University Advancement's core values. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a university employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time.
