Our office is looking for an Office Coordinator to assist with a variety of administrative responsibilities. This person must be eager, friendly and professional. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and positive personality. This is a multi-faceted position in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must be organized, customer service oriented, have attention to detail and be able to prioritize to succeed.
Daily Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
• Assist with the Recruiting department and support all other departments • Handle busy phones
• Greet individuals
• Job postings
• Attend morning meetings • Front desk duties -- copying, filing, etc. • Emailing -- must have professional etiquette
This position REQUIRES:
• Excellent customer service
• Advanced computer skills • Outlook • Intermediate to Advanced Excel • Microsoft Word • Adobe Acrobat
• Previous staffing experience a plus but not required
