: No   Description   Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Division is seeking multiple experienced and driven Supply Chain Planning Analysts/Proposal Lead (Level 3/4) to join our newly developed team Supply Chain organization for the F-35 program based out of our San Diego, CA office.   The Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization is looking for a for a Supply Chain Planning Analyst (SCPA) with a focus on being a Proposal Lead for the F-35 CNI Business Unit (BU).    The SCPA position is new in a growing organization and is an exciting opportunity to help drive process and tool implementation, improvements, and strategic Supply Chain Management (SCM).  The candidate should have a general understanding of SCM principles - materials management, procurement, subcontracts, cost budgets, supplier quality, production, and logistics.   Roles and Responsibilities:   This role will encompass supply chain responsibilities with a strong focus on Proposal Management on various contracts within the BU.    Will work with the Program team during the pricing of all material requirements, prepare proposal pricing inputs and support the team in the development of supplier capabilities, risk profiles, and presentations.    Will act as the Global Supply Chain lead, and work with Material Pricing, Material Estimating, Procurement, and Subcontracts, and act as a liaison of those functions with the Proposal Team.    Will be involved with implementing and/or improving Supply Chain policies and procedures.    Act as a Team Lead and work with various departments to ensure the policy/procedures) impacts all departments favorably and drives positive results to all stakeholders.    Involved with Control Account Management (CAM) financial and schedule responsibilities which includes Earned Value Management tracking, Intranet Program Review System (IPRS) reporting, and implementing Return to Green (RTG) plans.    Feel comfortable presenting to upper management.     This position may be hired at a level 3 or level 4.   Qualifications

Basic Qualifications for Level 3:

Bachelor’s Degree   6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, business management or related field with Bachelors; 4+ years with Masters.   Basic Qualifications for Level 4: Bachelor’s Degree   10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, business management or related field with Bachelors; 8+ years with Masters.   US Citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance   Preferred Qualifications for Level 3 and 4:   Minimum of 4+ years demonstrated success/problem solving skills in supply chain, business management, operations, logistics, engineering or program management
