Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings, mechanical equipment, etc.
Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent. Two years of experience in the field of building maintenance that includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry work, and heating/air conditioning.
Preferred: Certificate of completion from building trades training program or apprenticeship program. Extensive experience in the building trades.
General Information: In order to perform the essential job functions of this position, candidate must have regular attendance.
Knowledge Required: Ability to obtain a State driver’s and CDL license. Knowledge of building construction and maintenance, plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, etc. Ability to operate hand and power tools.
All post offer candidates must complete and pass a background check and drug screen.
