LIGHT DUTY TOW TRUCK DRIVER – ALL CITY TOWING

$55,000 - $95,000 a year (Full Time)

We are looking for full-time Tow Truck Drivers to add to our team. If you enjoy driving, helping others by providing great customer service, can communicate well and are looking for an opportunity with an UNCAPPED earning potential, including quarterly bonuses based on performance, this position is for you!

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A TOW TRUCK DRIVER

Towing experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. The following would be required to drive with us:

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License or the ability to obtain an Arizona Driver’s License

· Must pass a Pre-employment drug screening

· Must pass a background check

· Ability to navigate the city on major roadways without GPS support

· Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

· Willingness to learn and take direction

· Safety conscious

· Professionalism

JOB DUTIES

Some job duties include but are not limited to:

· Lifting 10-50lbs frequently, depending on equipment needed, for tow or recovery

· Kneeling or laying on ground to locate proper hook points

· Safety at all times while driving and during recoveries

· Providing excellent customer service when interacting with our customers, including city and state government agencies

· Working as part of a team to get the job completed

· Using critical thinking to problem solve accident scenes with the tow truck and equipment limits in mind
