Under the general direction of the Financial Operation Manager for the Botany and Plant Sciences department, independently prepares travel vouchers and entertainment reimbursements while assuring adherence to associated policies and procedures. Responsible for the processing of recharges on a monthly basis for multiple Sales and service activities. Act as key custodian. Perform all receiving functions for department deliveries. Responsible for departmental mail and office supplies, while providing "front-office" customer assistance.
The full salary range for the Travel Coordinator/Admin Asst is $27.29 - $39.12 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $27.29 - $29.18 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Demonstrated skills in maintaining complex calendars for multiple high-level individuals using web-based calendaring software.
