Job Duties:
- Inbound call center, occasional call backs to follow up on questions that needed clarification
- Calls that are taken are 80% from Dr. offices and glass labs verifying eligibility, member authorizations and status of claims
- Remainder are from patients who are checking to see what benefits they have for coverage
- Investigate and analyzed client complaints to identify and resolve issues
- Provide authorizations to vision insurance providers for member's vision care appointments
- Explain vision insurance benefit plans to employers, members and vision care providers
- Answer multiple phone lines, responding to inquiries and transfer calls to corresponding departments as appropriate
- Demonstrate proficiencies in telephone, email and fax within a high-volume environment
Hours:
Must be open to working between the hours of 6am-7pm and Saturdays
Pay:
$14/hour , $15/hour for Spanish/English Bilingual
