Raytheon Missiles & Defense is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join the Stinger Product Line to lead Supply Chain development activity including the proposal scope for the Next Generation Short Range Interceptor (NGSRI) competitive capture. The successful candidate will be a self starter who is capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and is able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership. In this highly visible role, you’ll be a member of the Stinger Product Line Team and NGSRI capture team, and as the Supply Chain Manager you will be the liaison between Supply Chain and the Integrated Product Team. You’ll create and execute Material Product Strategies and Material Product Plans to ensure the flawless execution of products and programs from the front end of the business through contract closure.  

 

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

 

Develop and lead supply chain proposal activities including material pricing and SC labor bases of estimates

Develop, execute, and/or independently review material program plans and supplier management plans

Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives

Plan and execute make/buy/where process

Strong Earned Value Management and financial management skills and participation in quarterly EACs and weekly material sales forecasting

Manage supply chain metrics and proactively address program and functional issues

Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and work cross-functionally to resolve any supplier issues or material availability gaps to meeting MRP

Proactive supplier management plans and engagement with Supplier Quality & Mission Assurance to mitigate poor performing suppliers

 

 

Qualifications You Must Have:

 

Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain, or similar

Minimum 10 years of progressive professional experience with a combination of experience in Project, Program, Product, Finance and/or Supplier Management

Experience using manufacturing or enterprise planning tools (SAP/PRISM)

Strong executive presence and reporting skills

Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Able to coordinate strategies and manage tactical execution

The ability to obtain a US security clearance

Qualifications We Value:

Ability to lead efforts, including budgeting and financial management, issue and conflict resolution

Experience in a Matrix organizational structure

Demonstrated planning skills for both short-term requirements and long-term opportunities

Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

 

 

 

 

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 236,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
