Respond in a timely manner to alarm calls.
Identify and resolve problems with the alarm.
Conduct random patrols around customer property.
Conduct property searches for open doors and windows.
Interface with local law enforcement.
Prepare documentation describing call and problem resolution.
Instruct customers in the correct operation of systems equipment.
All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
1-2 years law enforcement or related experience preferred.
Graduate of a law enforcement academy preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years post-high school education preferred.
Good communication skills required.
Computer skills not required.
Final applicant must have ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
4 day work weeks, 40 hours, fulls benefits, plus $2.00 night shift differential
