Job Description

Responsibilities

Performs technical supply support work necessary to ensure the effective operation of ongoing supply activities.
-Receives supplies and equipment delivered to and shipped from the Regional Warehouse. Receives supplies and equipment and reviews against bills of lading, contacts, purchase requests, and shipping documents.
-Supports warehousing operations, providing for the storage, issuance, and security of all property. Conducts physical inventories of warehouse items to maintain supply stock levels. Drives a passenger vehicle, pickup truck, and delivery truck to transport personnel, equipment, and supplies within the Region. Picks up excess property from Regional offices for warehousing or for transportation to the Bureau of Reclamation warehouse.
-Provides audio-visual equipment reservations and loans to Regional Office employees. Provides conference room set up services including set up of and delivery of tables and chairs for conference/displays for Regional Office customers. Assists with building key and access card distribution.
-Performs various typing and clerical duties as required of the position.
-Assists with scheduling vehicle cleaning and maintenance. Supports fleet activities by assisting in duties.
