We are looking for  Group Fitness Instructors  on a part-time basis company wide! Apply to join our Family where we’ll value your talent, your ideas and your energy! Job Summary: Teach, motivate, energize and inspire members by delivering the all-around amazing experience of California Family Fitness’ group fitness classes. Examples of Job Duties: Exercises confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy Provides excellent customer service and follows-up with member to ensure that all expectations have been met and exceeded Displays a positive attitude toward members, guests, and staff at all times Maintains an open line of communication with management and co-workers on all aspects of facility and training procedures, while seeking increased responsibility Ensures facility is kept clean and safe at all times through routine maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks of group fitness rooms Responds to direction from management team and takes responsibility for actions Manages difficult or emotional customer situations Maintain on going education to provide the newest education and training to members Conduct locker room checks and other actions to ensure a clean club Other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Nationally recognized and accredited Primary Group Fitness or Personal Training certification Current CPR/AED/FIRST AID Certification (within 60 days of employment, company paid) Experience teaching group fitness classes preferred Some customer service experience preferred Demonstrable abilities in customer service and multi-tasking Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Availability: Part-time Ability to work Monday – Sunday, hours available vary Ability to work an minimum of 2 classes per week Benefits of working as Group Fitness Instructor Free Membership at all clubs for you & dependents 401(k) and Roth retirement plans for all employees Employee Referral Bonus Birthday and Anniversary rewards Voluntary Life, Accident, Cancer, Disability Insurance Complimentary Notary Services Child Care/Kidz Klub available during work (restrictions apply) Compensated Volunteer Time CPR/AED/FIRST AID Certification   Natasha Glynn
