Identify late orders, add-ons, customer changes, and door changes then communicate to selectors effectively and timely. Communicate with Router and Night Dispatcher as needed. Keep the Shipping Department area clean and neat at all times. Ensure the Floor Check List, Loading Assignments, and Staged Product Log are accurate and completed.  Enforce company policy and safety rules in an effective and appropriate manner.   Responsible for working until relieved by supervisor.  Overtime may be required. Good attendance and adherence to the work schedule. Other duties as assigned.   QUALIFICATIONS: Good computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (AS/400 knowledge a plus). Highly detail oriented with ability to learn quickly, prioritize assignments, and work independently. Strong 10-key skills. General understanding of the shipping procedures of a high volume warehouse operation. Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to effectively interface with a variety of people with varied backgrounds Team player, self-motivated and able to work in a fast pace environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks.
