Among some of the main duties includes: coordinating schedules, print specifications and work-order reports for posters, business cards, signage, VIP folders, table-cards, presentations and other print design products for a large scale print shop. Assists in facilitating vendors and suppliers (research, submitting, tracking and delivery of purchases). Produce presentations and other print media-based content and assist design staff in creation of content. Assists with environmental coordination duties (safety/waste). Helps coordinate monthly blood drives, helps with the coordination of video and photo shoot scheduling. Edit and submits Command bi-weekly email newsletter updates). Updates intranet events and new items (creating/finding graphics, writing the news story portion of the event and linking in all fliers or important information for the event/news story). Interfaces with customers regarding work submitted and schedules appointments with members of the PAO department. Answers the front main line and the PAO's phone line. Interfaces with customers for equipment needed and ensuring camera permits are up to date with security.  Essential Duties/Responsibilities/Functions: Bachelor of Science degree preferred but not necessary, High School diploma or AA degree.
