Job Description This position will be responsible for: PROVIDE REGIONAL OPERATION SUPPORT TO INCLUDE: · Direct any matter related to employees to the appropriate support group or business partner · Manage the Iron Mountain archive processes · Support all stores in the region (phone calls, training, follow up, problem solve and other miscellaneous assistance) · FSP/CML setups, terminations and password resets · Follow-up and track regional customer complaints · Western Union user maintenance · Tyco PIC's, Four Star, and Image 24 Updates · Monthly compliance check off · Collect monthly alarm audits (security audit) · Manage RVP and DM expense reports · Coordinate Service Channel maintenance and requests · Track all store operational hours including holiday hours PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO REGIONAL OPS. TEAM TO INCLUDE: · Responsible for maintaining and managing the regional office · Review and approve all regional account payable invoices · Update regional rosters and programs as needed · Plan and coordinate regional conference calls · Responsible for coordination of regional meetings and travel arrangements · Track recognition programs/newsletter · Coordinate and manage all supply orders (office supplies and marketing supplies) · Organize uniform order fulfillment · Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in client service or operation support roles Skills Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to anticipate and resolve problems at own initiative Ability to creatively and decisively solve problems Impeccable organizational skills Strong analytical skills, including spreadsheets Ability to manage workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Strong computer skills in MS office applications including EXCEL and PowerPoint are required High degree of morals and ethics High degree of confidentiality Additional Information Benefits Medical / Dental/ Vision benefits available after 30 days of employment Company paid life insurance Paid holidays PTO/ 401K / Tuition Reimbursement On-site wellness center .
