The Office of Community Development (OCD) is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Community Placement Plan (CPP), Community Resource Development Plan (CRDP), the Statewide Specialized Resource Service, and Housing programs. Through these programs, OCD assists regional centers (RCs) to expand the development of resources in the community to ensure individuals with an Intellectual and Developmental Disability (consumers) to have the opportunity to live in the least restrictive settings based on individualized preferences and needs.
The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for a wide range of analytical and research duties in the areas of CPP/CRDP.
