Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Real Estate Agents by performing various tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, monitor email inboxes and handling/preparing correspondence. Assist in maintaining and adhering to marketing schedules by designing and preparing marketing materials for Touch Programs, Open Houses, Listings and Farming.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records. Monitor/maintain/complete tasks from transaction & open house trackers as required. Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports. Coordinate access/Scheduling of inspections and other needed vendors. Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office by assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
