Want to work for a contemporary water management agency whose mission is to assist in meeting the increasing water demands of the West while protecting the environment and the public's investment? Join the staff of the Bureau of Reclamation as a Supply Technician providing technical support for the property, supply, and vehicle functions of the Area Office.

Responsibilities

Performs technical support work necessary to ensure the effective operation of the property, supply, and vehicle programs.

-Provides for the receipt, control, use and disposal of accountable property and materials.

-Performs annual inventory to verify the location of each item of accountable property.

-Provides for the control, receipt, issue, storage, inventory, and disposal of warehoused items.

-Receives shipments, checking for damage and compliance with conditions of acquisition/contract document and prepares receiving reports for submittal.

-Maintains appropriate records on all vehicles, trailers, boats, and heavy equipment for the Central California Area Office.
