Requires handling of bearings, circuit cards, cables, and machined parts. Requires the use of various hand tools such wrenches, torque wrenches, presses, screw drivers, drills, etc.
Nautilus Systems (NSI) offers health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). The plan offers both PPO and HSA options. There are a two network options as well. The HSA plans include NSI contributing $200/month to the employee savings account for an individual and $300/month for employees with dependents.
The health insurance offering includes a ‘Telemed’ option which has been found to be very convenient and effective for basic illnesses or issues. It also offers the More Health ‘2nd opinion’ service which allows the employee to consult a team of experts regarding a specific issue or concern that they may be facing.
Dental and vision are offered through Unum. NSI also offers a Cancer and Critical Illness option through Transamerica.
For all of the above NSI pays 80% of the premium for the employee and NSI pays 50% of the premium for dependents. The employee would pay 20% of the premium for themselves and 50% for dependents.
For a single employee with the more popular HSA plan and Dental, Vision, Cancer, and Critical Illness their cost would be approximately $155/month.
NSI provides a life insurance benefit for each employee at no cost to them and the employee can purchase up to 500,000 in term life for themselves at very favorable rates. The employee can also purchase up to 500,000 in accidental death and dismemberment insurance at favorable rates.
NSI provides employer Paid Short Term Disability insurance that pays you 60% of your income for 24 weeks should you become disabled and can’t work.
NSI’s 401K plan offers up to a 4% match. The first 3% of employee contributions dollar for dollar and $ 0.50 on the dollar for the next 2%. So, if the employee contributes 5% or more NSI will match 4% as the maximum.
Eligibility for our Success Share program: NSI Success Share is an opportunity for NSI to provide additional benefits to our employees based on overall success of the company. NSI Success Share is awarded solely at the discretion of NSI Management and typically distributed at calendar year-end. The Share is based on metrics such as - Years of service, Customer interface, Alignment to leadership Goals, and Professional Development (subject to change year over year).
