Company in the Real Estate & Property industry, to find an Administrative Assistant to work remotely until transitioning into their office near La Mesa in 2021. If you are highly organized, and able to perform various administrative and office support duties, you might be right for this Administrative Assistant position. This role is with a polished, professional, warm and growing company with their main office in beautiful La Jolla.

-Administrative Assistant working remotely for Property Management Company, supporting a Partial Owner/Vice President and a Senior Vice President
-Professional phone etiquette handling inbound outbound calling
-Filing and organizing
-Coordinating with property-management-related vendors
-Excellent written communication skills (excellent spelling and grammar) for business letter writing and proofreading
-Computer savvy, utilizing word and excel. Will be trained on property management software ApFolio
-Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
-Warm and professional presence
-Someone who loves being an administrator and wants to continue being an administrative assistant for a long time.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette

- Proven organization skills

- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

- Substantial computer skills including word processing and excel

- Experience as an administrator

- The desire to stay in an administrative assistant position for a long time with a great team
